SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY 

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt.  Please allow sufficient processing and transit time for events or bulk orders (i.e., please contact us for details).  

SHIPPING METHODS & ADDRESSES

  • ADDRESSES:   We ship to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Continental US.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, the US Territories or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Box addresses or other international locations.
  • GROUND SHIPPING:  SHOP DECOR N MORE is committed to the timely delivery of your merchandise at an affordable cost. To continue that ongoing commitment, we have partnered with the FedEx.  When conditions warrant, we reserve the right to ship select merchandise using UPS and/or USPS as ground shipping alternatives. For your convenience, this includes the shipment of merchandise to commercial addresses.    

SHIPPING RATES

  • Minimum shipping charge for ground shipping is $10.95 per order. 
  • Ground shipping is calculated based on cost and overall weight. Your shipping cost will display in the cart and prior to checkout. Ground shipping applies for both residential and commercial addresses throughout the continental US.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Orders shipped using FedEx Ground Home Delivery, 1-5 business days. Allow 1-7 business days for UPS Ground Service.  1-3 days for USPS Priority or First-Class Mail.
  • Customers who reside in CA, OR, WA, AZ, UT, ID, NM, CO, WY, and NV can expect to receive their order within 1-3 business days via our ground shipping services.
  • You can check the status of your delivery by entering the tracking number emailed to you after placing your order into either weblinks UPS TrackingFedEx Tracking or USPS tracking.

TRACKING

  •  You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as a shipping label is generated for your order in our warehouse. 
  • Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for a tracking number to register in the FedEx, UPS or USPS websites, as the carriers must scan the packages first. If you are still unable to track your order after 12 hours of receiving a shipment notification email, please contact us for assistance.

WAREHOUSE

All orders ship from our state-of-the-art warehouse/distribution center in Long Beach, CA., or business operation center in New Orleans, LA.

INSURANCE & DAMAGE CLAIMS

All shipments are insured for their full replacement value. If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, please contact us ASAP to arrange for a full refund or replacement. 

HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with the purchase of your order, simply return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.  Any product sold and shipped by Shop Decor N More is eligible for free returns within 30-days with no re-stocking fees and a hassle-free return shipping label. We cover shipping on any 30-day hassle free return eligible item up to 10 lbs.; oversized items and shipments over 10 lbs. may not use the hassle-free shipping label.  All items shall be returned in their original condition (as much as possible).  The customer will be refunded for the original cost of the item, excluding shipping and state sales tax charged (paid) at purchase. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We have a "no return policy" for any merchandise that arrives damaged or flawed.  Please do not return damaged merchandise.  Please message or send us an email with a brief description and photos of the damage.  Please indicate a full refund or replacement of the item(s).

REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.  If the item was purchased with a gift card (web site purchases only), you will be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to be issued to your major credit/debit card, VENMO, PayPal or approved pay APP account.
