SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY 

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt.  Please allow sufficient processing and transit time for events or bulk orders (i.e., please contact us for details).  

SHIPPING METHODS & ADDRESSES

  • ADDRESSES:   We ship to residential and commercial addresses throughout the Continental US.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, the US Territories or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • GROUND SHIPPING:  SHOP DECOR N MORE is committed to the timely delivery of your merchandise at an affordable cost. To continue that ongoing committment, we have partnered with FedEx.  When conditions warrant, we reserve the right to ship select merchandise using UPS and/or USPS as ground shipping alternatives. For your convenience, this includes the shipment of merchandise to commercial addresses.    
  • RESPONDING TO COVID-19: We are shipping in-stock orders daily as they are received. Local restrictions in select areas across the U.S. may cause unavoidable transit delays and disruptions in the delivery of your packages. Customers are advised to contact their local delivery chains and PO for details. We strongly encourage our customers to monitor the tracking feeds of their order(s) during transit using the carrier tracking URLS provided.  

SHIPPING RATES

  •  All orders over $55 ship for 'FREE' using ground shipping services within the continental US. The flat rate charge using standard ground shipping for orders under $55 is $9.95, per order. 
  • The same rate applies for both residential and commercial addresses.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Orders shipped using FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, 1-5 business days. Allow 1-7 business days for UPS Ground Service.  1-3 days for USPS Priority or First Class Mail.
  • Customers who reside in CA, OR, WA, AZ, UT, ID, NM, CO, WY, and NV can expect to receive their order within 1-3 business days via our standard ground shipping services.
  • You can check the status of your delivery by entering the tracking number emailed to you after placing your order into either weblinks UPS TrackingFedEx Tracking or USPS tracking.

TRACKING

  •  You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as a shipping label is generated for your order in our warehouse. 
  • Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for a tracking number to register in the FedEx, UPS or USPS websites, as the carriers must scan the packages first. If you are still unable to track your order after 12 hours of receiving a shipment notification email, please contact us for assistance.

WAREHOUSE

All orders ship from our state of the art warehouse/distribution center in Long Beach, CA., or business operation center in New Orleans, LA.

INSURANCE & DAMAGE CLAIMS

All shipments are insured for their full replacement value. If you receive an item that was damaged during transit, please contact us ASAP  to arrange for a full refund or replacement. 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with the purchase of your order, simply return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. The buyer pays return shipping. For purchases $30 or less, no return is necessary. Products should be returned in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging - as much as possible. For items that are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to reasonably refuse any return. No refunds are issued in advance of the customer's return request unless the requirement to return the item has been reviewed and waived by the SHOP DECOR N MORE.  Please contact us for details and our return shipping address. 

WARRANTY

We do offer a 90-day extended warranty on select items.  Please refer to the product description page for qualifying items. We ensure that all products are brand new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event of receiving an item which does not conform to those standards, please email us at info@shopdecornmore.com or call us direct at 504 372 1690.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY

For any item that arrives damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement or full refund.  Please do not return damaged merchandise.  For items that are defective or damaged, please send us an email with a brief description and photos of the damage.  Please contact us at 504-372-1690 with any questions.  Once your damage claim is received and approved, we will issue a prompt replacement of the item or refund your purchase to the original method of payment.  If the item was purchased with a gift card, you will be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item. Please allow3-5 business days for the credit to be issued to your major credit/debit card, VENMO or PayPal account.
